- Learners’ & Guardians’ Identification Documents
- Learners’ Birth Certificate Copy
- Financial Clearance Certificate / Letter from previous school
- School Leaving Certificate / Acceptance of the Learners’ Withdrawal from previous school
- Transfer request on Noor system. (for those previously enrolled in a school in KSA) & Learners’ Noor System File from previous school including full record from first year of education.
- Series of Result Cards from KG to last grade completed
- Vaccination Certification & Medical Certificate – All learners joining Dome from abroad have to present a full medical checkup report from a known Hospital stamped by Hospital and attested by Ministry of Health for validity of Document.”
- For learners coming from overseas: All learners will have to get filled equivalency card from Dome and get approved from Admissions & Examinations Office in Riyadh that works under the directorate of Ministry of Education, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
