Cambridge Pathway

Cambridge international education is considered the most popular worldwide where there are over one thousand schools in one hundred and sixty countries. Besides, there are over one million learners benefiting from Cambridge international education. The Cambridge pathway prepares learners to develop a passion for learning life skills and to become successful global citizens.

Cambridge education believes in aligned system of education including curriculum, teaching, learning, and assessment. This alignment springs from our knowledge of what learners want to learn, how they learn, and boosting teaching and learning approaches that support it.

“We offer a coherent curriculum with clear progression at each stage, for learners aged 5 to 19. We identify clearly what we want learners to learn at each stage. At each stage, learners build on their previous learning – a ‘spiral approach’ that reinforces what students have learned, while at the same time taking them forward.”

  • Cambridge Primary (5-11 years) which provides a rigid foundation for these a variety of academic subjects. Academic progress is geared towards active learning and holistic approaches to child development. At the end of this stage, learners can opt to take Cambridge Checkpoint exam.
  • Cambridge Lower Secondary (11-14 years) Learners are challenged to make practical connections between their studies, critical thinking and the real world. At the end of this stage, learners can opt to take Cambridge Checkpoint exam.
  • Cambridge Upper Secondary (14-16 years) At this point learners get to choose from a wide range of IGCSE subjects. Learners are challenged to expand academic knowledge with breadth and depth. At this stage, learners start to select subjects that will assist in future education and career pathways.
  • Cambridge Advanced Levels (16-19 years) Learners take the foundations of IGCSE subjects chosen to the AS level and A levels. This final level of studies, leads to exploring further education and selected career pathways. Learners are encouraged to fulfill their academic potential and apply the skills developed over their school career.
